Chris Stutz - Sales Consultant

An Enoggera resident for many years and a small family with 2 children of their own and 1 foster child, Chris was excited to join Harcourts as she knew this high profile company was well regarded.

"Property has always been a great passion for me. My father started showing me commercial & residential properties from a very young age and encouraged me to buy my 1st house when I was just 20. This small taste of property ownership continued until I saw the house that is now our home in Hilda St, Enoggera."

Communicating daily with her clients and providing up to date feedback is what sets her apart from the competitors. You can be assured that weekly written feedback reports with a comprehensive marketing plan and calendar are all just part of the positive attitude to achieve the best results for the client. Make no mistake choosing the right realtor does make a difference, so choose a local, choose an expert, choose Chris.

TESTIMONIAL - SOLD - 2 Edith St, Alderley
SELLING AGENT- Chris Stutz - Harcourts Real Estate, Mitchelton
Chris did an excellent job marketing and selling my investment house at Alderley. In what has been a slow real estate market, I was amazed by the high number of viewings Chris had at the open houses. I found Chris to be very hard working and committed, and her easy-going manner made the whole process seem effortless.

To whom it may concern,

We engaged Chris to sell our property following a very unsuccessful auction campaign with a
different agency, and it was the best move we could have made.

From the first meeting, Chris was enthusiastic about our property and had an air of quiet ability that
we thought had been lacking in all other agents we had spoken to. The market in which we were
selling has been particularly difficult, but Chris' upbeat attitude and persistence has brought us a
result with which we are very pleased, not to mention pleasantly surprised.

Chris' communication skills have been excellent, and at no time did we have to chase for information
or feedback, and at no time did we feel that Chris wasn't committed whole heartedly to the sale of
our house.

I want to thank Chris for a job well done, particularly in a tough market, and have no hesitation in
recommending her to anyone looking to sell their home.
Alex Smith

We approached Chris Stutz of Harcourts Solutions to sell one of our
investment properties at Enoggera in September 2010. The property had been
listed with another agent and when we decided to withdraw the property from
the market, we received a letter from Chris asking for the opportunity to
discuss the property.

Chris was fantastic from day one, nothing was ever too much trouble and we
feel Chris often went above and beyond the call of duty without ever being
asked. An example of this was Chris instigating two open homes per weekend
for the first few weeks the property went back on the market.

Chris made a point of seeing us face to face each week which meant she had
to forfeit some of her personal time given our work commitments.

We sold the property in a great time frame and for a price we were more than
happy with.

Chris was tireless, courteous, understanding and helpful throughout the
entire process and we would recommend her services to any prospective
Thanks Chris!!
